Explore Santiago's highlights, catch your first wave & discover Valparaiso's iconic Gastronomy and Culture

*Day 1 – Arrival and Santiago Day Tour

Fly into Santiago International Airport and be greeted by a representative from Evoluzion Travel. Depending on arrival times, enjoy a sightseeing and cultural tour of Santiago with a local lunch in quaint neighborhood of Bellavista. Spend the rest of the day exploring the historical “Santa Lucía” hill and the “Lastarria” neighborhood where we will later on take you to dine to a renowned local restaurant were you will exalt your senses with the local gastronomy.


*Day 2: Santiago – Valparaiso

 After breakfast at the hotel in Santiago, we will head our way to the beautiful central coastline, arriving to either “Maitencillo” or “La Boca” to catch your first waves. Spend a few hours developing your surf skills before we drive our way next to the Pacific Ocean to enjoy local seafood in one of the historical seafood markets. Then we will arrive to the unique and charming heritage city of Valparaiso. After experiencing the local sea food and fisherman way of living we are heading up to Valparaiso´s hills and hidden passages with one of our local guides that knows the city like the palm of his hand. You will not believe the stories he has to tell about this iconic port city in a special local tour he has prepared for you. After a nice and cultural walk in the most beautiful neighborhoods of Valparaiso we will have a nice dinner in one very special local restaurant that shows the magic and gastronomy of hard working “Porteños” (Local people from Valparaiso). Our accommodation in focused in a sustainable Bed & Breakfast that works very close to local communities and NGO’s which are making the difference in many ways in this amazing city. We want you to learn and be part of this new trend!


*Day 3: Valparaiso – Antiyal Organic Winery

Power up with a nice breakfast and spend the morning exploring the culture rich city of Valparaiso and visiting local entrepreneurs that are improving the cultural sites of this mysterious and romantic city. After having lunch in a “must eat here” restaurant of Valparaiso, we will drive to a unique and special wine zone just 40 minutes south of Santiago. The group will be greeted by the family and the local representatives of the Antiyal Organic and biodynamic winery in Buin for a special tour with local storytelling and learning the process of organic winemaking, tasting different wine varieties following a local barbecue with the locals. Overnight accommodations in Antiyal local stay B&B's.


Organic Winery  & Surf in Pichilemu

*Day 4: Antiyal Organic Winery - Pichilemu

 After enjoying a local breakfast at the winery, we will hike with our local guide through pathways were locals have taken their animals to feed for centuries. While we walk between the Mediterranean vegetation and forests our guide will storytell the history of Chile and the link with this mystical and special place were wine is being made as a way of life and culture. After having lunch and sampling local food in “Buin” we are heading to the globally known surf capital of Chile, Pichilemu. After a city tour and highlights of Pichilemu, sample a fresh fresh ceviche or local Chilean seafood soup at one of our local restaurants. Then hope on beacause we are driving a few minutes to enjoy the sunset and bird watching with a nice and warm hot coffee in the globally known surf break, Punta de Lobos. After this nice afternoon in Pichilemu, we are heading to rest to the locally owned B&B´s for a next day thrilling morning surf.


*Day 5: Pichilemu

 Start the day and empower yourself with a local breakfast and head on for some surfing in the iconic Pichilemu or Punta de Lobos breaks (there are waves for all levels). After a much earned lunch, grab the kayaks for a relaxing afternoon paddling calm lake waters and visit local entrepreneurs and learn the process of ocean salt production. Later on in the night have a nice dinner tasting flavors that are obtained between the wonders of the Pacific Ocean and coastal mountain chain. Enjoy a nice bone fire and stargaze with locals before we go for a night rest in our local Bed and Breakfast.


 *Day 6: Pichilemu – Santiago - Lonquimay

 Have a nice breakfast before you catch your last wave, have lunch on the way in a local restaurant and transfer back to Santiago. You will have a free afternoon at a Santiago to explore the city enjoying the local park next to cultural sites and nice restaurants. In the evening, board a overnight bus to Lonquimay.

Nature, Volcanoes and Seighseen in Lonquimay and Malalcahuello

*Day 7: Lonquimay

 Arrive to Lonquimay and transfer to Rustiko Bed & Breakfast owned by Hector and Lorena, local entrepreurs that know the zone like nowone else does. Have nice homemade breakfast and be ready for the introduction to this amazing part of the tour were you will experience amazing nature, sightseeing, cultural immersion and unique adventures. In the afternoon, begin your natural wonder tours to visit “Alaska waterfall”, “Las Raíces” local ski center, get stunned and watch with our own eyes how earth geology has change the natural scenary with Lonquimay Volcano and Navidad crater. At the end of the day, relax and enjoy local dinner at one of Lonquimay's restaurants. 


Indigenous Pewenche Cultural Inmmersion, Hikking and Gastronomy in Lonquimay

*Day 8: Lonquimay

 After your nice local breakfast made by Lorena we will visit the “Veranada Mapuche Pehuenche”, sacred natural paradise were they have taken their animals to feed every summer season during many centuries. You will experience and learn more about the indigenous community’s cosmo-vision in this special area known to just a few.

Spend the afternoon trekking in the millenary Araucaria forest (sacred tree for Mapuche Pehuenches) with local a Pehuenche guide and enjoy stunning views of surrounding volcanoes. After a barbecue dinner and some ancient storytelling, visit “San Pedro” lake to birdwatch and stargaze before we arrive back to a nice local dinner in Rustiko.



Horse back Ride Expedition and Gastronomy with Local Cowboys in Lonquimay

*Day 9: Lonquimay - Santiago

Start the day with a Rústiko Local Breakfast, then we are going to take you for an introduction to local Gaucho cowboys and their culture, who will help you choose your horse to ride up the mountain passing through native forests and exclusive valley seighseing. After this nice ride, lunch with local cowboys and get to know the farm and cowboy lifestyle while you ride back to Rustiko to pack your backpack. Have a quick rest and enjoy some free time in Lonquimay. Then we will have a goodbye meeting and quick snack before we check out B&B Rustiko Lonquimay and hope on the bus back to Santiago (overnight bus)
